Project Overview

FCCSA played a vital role in the development of multiple zones within the prestigious King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) campus in Thuwal, delivering a range of structural and architectural works under the main contractor Saudi Oger Ltd (SOL).

The works focused on major academic and utility buildings, particularly:

  • Building 21 North
  • Building 21 Central – Main Plaza
  • Building 21 South

FCC Scope Included

  • Execution of cast-in-situ concrete works
  • Supply and installation of masonry and block works
  • Construction of the chemical warehouse with epoxy-coated reinforced steel
  • Execution of 4 deep sump pits forming part of the water drainage system
  • Installation of lightweight partition walls
  • Supply and application of architectural texture paint finishes

This project demonstrates FCCSA’s versatility and reliability in delivering high-spec civil, architectural, and MEP-integrated works within a scientific campus of international standard.
